Great pay, training was thorough, and management is wonderful. Work life balance and focus on family is at the top of the list of pros. Flexibility is great! Top notch team to work with, everyone is so positive and friendly. Programs used are efficient and easy to use

Pros
Solcium is a company that actually demonstrates its core values - which is so refreshing in today's market. The company is transparent about its strengths and opportunities and provides an amazing environment to be able to grow your career. At Solcium, I am actually able to see my ideas put into action and management is actually listening to the suggestions that I make and the input I have. The benefits and work-life balance are amazing because the owners actually care and invest in the people that work here. If you are willing to work hard towards a greater good and you want to feel good about the type of company you work for - I highly recommend.
Cons
Solcium is still a growing company, and that means there are growing pains. Things change quickly and employees have to be able to adapt and grow as the company does. If you are looking for a very traditional 9-5 where every day looks the same, this would not be the company for you.
