Small enough that I felt like I got very good training and individual attention when it really mattered. Wearing a lot of hats in a small company gave me a massive amount of real world training professionally AND in life situations. Good employees are recognized and promoted; there is a lot of room to grow in such a rapidly expanding company. You are appreciated as long as you come on time and do your work well- or try as hard as you can. You are given a lot of chances and a lot of coaching before real hard action is taken. The staff was like family and the management were great mentors.
