-No presence from HO.
-Awful pay for hours worked - it's considered normal amongst staff to work well over contracted hours.
-Overnights are obligatory, with shifts starting at 11am and often mean you work until the early hours, sleep for maximum of 5 hours and then wake up for breakfast shift and another full day (potentially another overnight stay). On numerous occasions I have worked over 17 hours per day.
-No training provided to new starters
-Tips do not go to staff - every month the 'logistic delivery team' earn up to 4x more gratuity than the staff that provide the service.
-No staff incentives, no staff support.
-Managers manipulate staff to appease them and prevent issues going further.
-Staff hired as F&B, but aren't told that they are also expected to be luggage porters and deck hand for boats (sometimes in extremely dangerous weather).
