      Exciting & rewarding place to work

      Pros

      Working in the Design Team is great as there's constantly new products, packaging and new innovations to work on, which keeps the work interesting and I'm always learning new things and developing new skills. There's good progression opportunities as it's a rapidly growing business, and the business likes to promote staff. A super friendly group of people, with lots of collaboration between teams and global offices. Approachable management team. And I feel they are open to criticism and are good at listening to feedback and then implementing changes. Every year it becomes a better business to work for.

      Cons

      I've seen this mentioned a few times already, but the fast pace isn't going to be for everyone. You do have to be super organised, and thrive under pressure.

      Lots of growth potential. Empowered to make decisions. Strong work ethic with focus on deliverables (results driven). Teamworking. Inclusive.

      Cons

      Lots of opportunity to go after so being able to set priorities and manage workloads is important. It requires employees to be organised, have good time management and effective communication skills internally and externally.
