Pros

Very slow paced environment and late on projects. Gives engineers time to relax.

Cons

C-suite is completely inadequate and inexperienced . But the CEO and CTO are expert micromanagers. COO is remote and barely involved in actual operations. It would seem no one at the company has any experience developing a product. It has gotten incredibly toxic and there is a general sense of unhappiness among workers. Pay isn't great, the salaries reported are definitely inflated, and the are no bonuses.
