Lots of hours, competitive pay, per diem, travel, lodging paid for, excellent HR lady

Cons

No company truck, you will use your own vehicle. Have to work with ill experienced superintendents, with no tools, and insane hours if you are doing night work. No support from management. A "let them eat cake," "just get the job done or get fired" culture.

Great people to work with. They don't micro-manage and are open to suggestions. Good benefits too!

Cons

The traffic in Temecula is horrible!
