I worked here as a dev, there was no direction with the projects. We'd essentially be building vaporware to bid for contracts. When the contracts were lost, they laid off a third of the company. Only 3 days PTO. Do not quit your current job for this one. The work is pretty easy, so you could use it as a stepping stone to another job. Also they ask devs to be in the office, which is really pointless.

Worst thing is probably the fact people are let go for no reason. A lot of people were fired at year end to save on year end bonuses.
