      Pros

      A start up company goal is to supply material for development of lithium metal battery. The company consists of small group of young talented scientist. while I was there a lot of progress was made.

      Cons

      Lack of lead ship experience but make up for it with dedication and hard work. Management expect long hours .

      Sponsorship is easy and payment is ok

      Cons

      The management is really naive. CEO has really good background from MIT/Harvard, however, he doesnt have any industry experience and can not listen to any different voice. The management is really too young and strategy is 0. They really dont have long term goal and every time they just do what can attract investors. They are lucky to have some rounds of fund from OEM, but it will be the last one and they dont really have product.

      Visa sponsorship is ok so the company can pay lower

      Cons

      The managers and directors are just joke. They know what they are doing are just waste and pollution to the environment. Li-metal battery can not use in any really application. What you can survive there is just listening to your managers not having any space to discuss.
