- Relaxed culture - sense of autonomy & impact on company - Quality over quantity - Modern tech and in the forefront when it comes to AI (not just talking about it)

Cons

Too small or unimportant to mention to be honest but ofcourse there's room for improvement in some areas but none that stick out.
