Pros

You get a nice laptop and phone when you work from home but that’s about it.

Cons

Overworked, no structure. And in reading other reviews it’s actually true about the lunch breaks. Sad that the higher-ups who all work from home have zero clue what happens in clinic. There’s been several times at the UES and the popup at 58th st specifically where it’s so busy you cannot eat or take a 30 minute break so it’s sad that their reply to another review was basically saying it was a lie. How about you actually investigate the situation before calling your staff liars? Even the first few days you train the front desk coordinators seem scared or on edge about eating. I’ve seen people sneak their food at the front desk during their shift cause there’s literally no time to stop and enjoy it. They’re more concerned with appeasing their founder Dr. Kruger and the rude members.

Don’t work here

Pros

It’s better than being unemployed

Cons

Low pay, merit increases don’t keep up with inflation so you take a pay cut year after year. HR just rolled back unlimited PTO for everyone who is clinical and shift based so if you have been here less than two years you only get a max of 96 hours of PTO next year that has to be accrued. Most of us work 10-12 hour shifts so that’s not even two weeks of vacation for the people who are the backbone of the company. Meanwhile corporate is keeping their unlimited PTO. Sick days now also have to be accrued, so a healthcare company doesn’t even support the health of its employees who are most at risk of getting sick.

A JOKE

Pros

There are a few good souls ( mostly lower level employees and medical providers) who were truly amazing people that made certain days easier.

Cons

Literally the most toxic work environment I have ever experienced. Management is a joke all they care about is getting their next title “Vice President, of whatever bs department I create this month” . They don’t actually care about their employees literally overworking you and then scolding you for working over your set hours (because they don’t want to pay OT), cutting corners on your pay, gaslighting you when you bring up any concern or issue… I mean I can go on. Funny too because they will smile and preach daily that they care about you, when in fact they seriously don’t. Definitely saw some shady things while I was there, legally speaking, and still hearing about said shady legal things. Least to say I left and have never looked back…
