      Federal regulation requires the product to be used.

      Cons

      Inexperienced management. Private equity ran means they only care about profit and will squeeze and take advantage of people without regret.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, good pay, and they do special things through out the year to show you that they appreciate you. Like lunches, flowers or letting you go home early before a holiday.

      Cons

      There is no way to move up. You stay where you are hired at.
