Pros
The staff are friendly and easy to get along with. It is not a too serious work environment, and I was friends with a lot of people who worked there. It was also nice to be able to do all of the jobs, rather than just one (ex. Register). It really helped me grow as a person working here.
Cons
Not enough formal training. A lot of new people were always being hired and it was annoying having half the crew during a shift be new or semi-recently hired employees because nobody knew how to do that much, and the older workers had to pick up the slack. Also it was kind of stressful when we'd get a line to the door.

Pros
Versatile experience, got to many things each day. Prepared food, served, and washed dishes all in one shift. Never a boring day. Very fun light hearted environment. Great first job
Cons
No breaks scheduled breaks given even for long days working up to 8 hours. Only breaks were momentary bathroom break and quick breaks for drinks.
