No pros NOTHING They offer you delicious things before joining And After joining They say Your performance is not proper And Cut your salary like Beggars

Cons

In interview they behave like they are the best But After joining or leaving They are the WORST Company I have ever seen They behave as beggars And Make you work till 11 pm And Will give you work that will not even complete after 11 pm

It is very unfortunate that a person who did not perform according to what he performed in the interview is trying to defame the company. Even a blind person can see that the other reviews are positive. Even if the person is anonymous, we know who the person is - but unfortunately Glassdoor policies prevent us from doing so. We hope that personal vendetta is not carried out here in the future

- initially looks and feels good - fancy appearance - at times gives ownership (cons - without much patience)

Cons

- hire SEO to write superlative reviews about organization, HR asks to write positive review with kind of bribes (albeit, probably on order from management) - zero management. technical skills only. - asks to do unusual tasks with some unrealistic timeframe - had seen few really hardworking people leaving organization (at times without any knowledge transfer) due to frustration - frequent and random policy changes - they hire first (specially freshers), experiment and if feel like their experiment failed, they don't think to fire/ask to leave - favouritism despite very small organisation - no work life balance for many

only one Pros is its a 5 days a week company

- very bad environment like jail. - no trust on employee - no work balance - owner of company is less technical, and deal with him is a headache. - if you are senior you have to work 9 or 10 hours or even from home - DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY, either if you don't have any option - very worst HR Policies
