Chester office had great staff to work with and were very supportive You had autonomy in delivering your role Great work life balance, but that was carried over from the companies Solutions30 purchased Shifted to a L&D culture in the last 12 months
Cons
Withdrew from UK market making all UK based employees redundant at short notice. Redundancies over the last 2-3 years were frequent, so job security was lacking. Didn't retain the strong senior leadership over the recent years
