      If you want to learn yourself then you will get your chance here...:-)

      Cons

      This company reminds me of the movie "12 years a slave".I will never recommend anyone to join her until they have a strong financially backup.End of the you are not going to earn anything except your knowledge and experience.The worst management will make you to remember the slaver's life studied in histories

      Can count only one pros- which is Location Dubai

      Cons

      - Its like a local shop, run by incompetent and arrogant people - Monthly salary doesnt come on time - If you are in sales, variable component is structured in a way that whatever you do you wont be able to achieve the unrealistic target - Employees are treated like 2nd grade citizen as if you were dying to get a change to come to middle east and they have given you that chance - No career path and direction
