      Sad decline following acquisition

      Pros

      Salary and benefits followed from acquired company which was good. Lots of team building and positive interactions.

      Cons

      Good middle management and customer focus. However a general commodity approach took place and the focus moved from value add to maintenance of accounts.

      Pros

      Very good values, very global and human vision. One of the best companies I've ever worked for (if not the best). Incredible co-workers.

      Cons

      It's a very big company, its internal organization changes very often and is quite confusing. You have to be able to change all the time.

      Pros

      Respect for people. Recognition of performance - both socially and financially. Continuous opportunity for professional growth with almost no external recruitment happening when people from the company can fulfill the gap.

      Cons

      Operations are not big enough to produce opportunities in all departmental areas. Non core related areas such as finance, IT, HR lack career advancement options.
