      Great mission but not great to work at

      Pros

      Wine Fridays Health insurance Coffee and free lunch Learn, improve skills Product is great idea, great vision and company mission

      Cons

      No work life difference Expect people work available 24 hours Poor treatment of workers, especially from CEO - abuse Thinks small team should work like full department Expect impossible, like 2 weeks build in 2 days, and very angry when it does not work so no one says truth Do not want give training classes, certificate courses (but no time since always working)

      Pros

      Location is great, health insurance, salary The work of the hr department is really great, at least when I've been there it was obvious that people cared how others may perceive the company. The idea is very interesting, at first you think you may help people, and make life better.

      Cons

      Don't let CEO and recruiters fool you into thinking its a good place to work! You won't get anything from this, except maybe money and some technical experience. The problem is this company doesn't have work ethics or respect for employees, I saw people burning in there, NO money worth your mental health! You won't have anything valuable done there, nothing to be proud of, as there is no work process, so every piece of work you're doing is thrown away and then redone, at the end of the release cycle everyone are rushing like crazy, so quality is very low. And don't think you can "improve" this, nobody can.

      Didn’t come across anything which is good about this company.

      Cons

      *CEO doesn’t respect design as a part of a product. Feels design is just about adjusting fonts and colours *Management is not ready to listen to their employees. *This company will force you to switch your brains off and just work with your eyes and ears. *No user testing for the product, since 5 years they haven’t launched their product
