      - Government money is stable - Good for personal Growth because you just have to figure things out for your self

      Cons

      - Management's ethics is dubious at best and can feel very manipulative - Very high stress environment without the appropriate rewards - Be ready to be voluntold to come in on weekends and work extra for no added benefits - Actual engineering seems to be done in a hasty fashion w/o planning or prior expertise
