Pros

Soma makes biomedical devices affortable to their client base. Get to interact with multiple teams and see how the products get to make a difference in the hospital and ASC settings. People are supportive of each other. multicultural environment that makes going to work interesting and fun. Love the social gatherings and the interactions and viewpoints with all the different nationalities.

Cons

Sales and engineering need to interact more so everyone can be on the same page especially on the larger projects.
