Pros
CEO likes food and drinks and needs friends, so the regular boozy pub trips are good.
Cons
Company is run by an incompetent CEO, who has no understanding of the roles across the company and bullies staff as a result of her ignorance. People of colour especially are targeted and micromanaged in a real toxic environment. Everyone is too scared to say something and the bullying goes unchecked. It is a very uncomfortable environment, where colleagues are forced to watch others being tortured in silence.

Nice location in Wellington city. Good for trainee or school leaver to learn bit of website building.
Cons
Management have no idea what software development /engineering is. Especially none technical management micromanaging engineering team Toxic software developer related process. Micro management, limited career development opportunities Stuck with some old code and old technologies.
