Pros

Some people were nice to me.

Cons

-No organization -Unprofessional Upper Management. -If you don't speak Korean, you cannot get by every day at the office. All announcements are in Korean. -Favoritism for certain employees. -Upper management sneers at you if you leave work at 6pm (on time). -Upper management gets upset if you work over time. Make up your mind. -You are expected to work during your vacation/day off -No Parking -Horrible Equipment (Broken computers) -Only 6 holidays a year. -People rarely take a break (I think this is illegal) -You get PTO after 6 months of working -You get scolded if you use your sick hours too often.

Pros

- coworkers - tips - fun work environment (when we are staffed properly)

Cons

- incredibly understaffed - terrible management - no free food - TERRIBLE OWNERS - owners neglect store and do not know what is going on ever and do not reply to messages and ignore employees for DAYS sometimes even WEEKS - we had a dead and decomposing rat in our ceiling and they did not handle the situation with any kind of urgency and we had to run the store like that for a week - had a crazy fly problem to the point that we could not keep them off any surface including the FOOD and they did not handle the situation with any urgency and remained open while there was flies everywhere and on everything - owners blame us for failed HQ inspections when they do not provide us with sufficient time/resources/staff to properly operate store - would rather we suffer and be understaffed than spend the money it takes to add another person to the schedule to help with the workload - removed me from our scheduling app before they even let me know I was fired so I couldn't see messages from payroll - you get paid by check ONLY no direct deposit and they sometimes for get to bring the checks in payday - was told when I was hired that there would be raises and I never saw any of that in my 1.5 years of working there

Pros

The only pro are the tips they provide

Cons

The manager is highly cliquey and would give special benefits to those in favor. Workers who are liked more would get more hours and free food. On top of this, the manager would be very disrespectful and sassy. They would critique you and make vulgar jokes. Also, they tend to gossip quite frequently. Cameras are everywhere so they sometimes look at the camera to check on you. If you work here, you won’t be able to get a break. They expect you to do something even when there’s no customers and everything has been prepared. While you may get tips, the pay isn’t enough compared to the amount of stress you may go through.
