Pros

Benefits is the only thing like any other company has for full time people.

Cons

Horrible Human Resource department. No upper or management help. NO ADVANCEMENT!! Dont like to allow breaks sometimes there is nobody to cover you for breaks or lunches. Only favorites have a chance to advance. This company does not care about their employees.

Great freedom and good employees with decent pay if negotiated.

Cons

No true corporate culture, no training, no transparency or communication from senior leadership. Lack of leadership accountability and horrible corporate structure.

Pros

The benefits were great as well as the pay.

Cons

It’s a very unorganized bank. High employee turnover. They don’t hire help so one person could be stuck covering multiple jobs. The managers I’d had did not communicate their expectations very well. Training is awful. It’s hard for someone to succeed under those type of conditions.
