Cons
You will be expected to take on responsibilities outside of your contract because they would rather pay one person to do the job of a team. You will be expected to work outside of your hours as key team members live in another time zone. You will be expected to work out of the owners filthy living room because they refuse to rent office space. Underpaid and undervalued. There is no management or HR.
