Pros

Interesting and ground breaking Cloud technology. Founder is a big thinker and creative optimist. The cloud revolution has happened and Sonian could offer a tributary service and platform.

Cons

Management is a cluster. Board always at odds with Founder and SR Management. Product and Service delivery timeframes where never realized.

Pros

There are some good people that want to make a difference. Free snacks, beer fridge, always a lot food, coffee, soda, and candy available. Nice office space, covered parking garage, and ability to work from home. Good place to observe how a company should not be run.

Cons

No matching 401K, limited health & dental benefits. Service has not been updated in years and lacks some features that most would consider table stakes for an E-mail archiving company. Little or no room for advancement because no one stays that long and company is pretty flat. It is curious how many former employees there are for such a small company. Many employees are quite passionless. Very high turnover for management, engineering and sales, (look at LinkedIn), I think this is an indicator that things have been wrong for quite a while and are not improving. Little or no communication on what is going with the company and each department is its own clique. There are more people in finance than there are in sales and marketing combined. Management focuses on the window dressing rather than substance. Company has potential but the ship lacks a good rudder.
