      Friendly work environment with great people. High technology industries allow work on exciting advanced electronic products. Small company makes everyone important and raises based on merit - not years of service- good for new employees. Management team treats the high performers well. Lots of social activities- basketball court, running club, various ethnic food days, company parties and picnics, etc...

      Cons

      Poor health care plan. Size of company limits growth paths. Public company puts for quarter end pressures.
