- flexible working hours - good work-life balance - high quality IT devices - good cafeteria package

Cons

- salary is way behind market averages - getting a promotion is a very long process, decision is often late by many months - no wage corrections due to inflacion

flexible work hours good work life balance

Cons

bad projects sometimes impossible problems are expected to be solved you either have to rush or have to pretend that you have something to do very low pay small growth opportunities they are holding you back with bad project and dumb unsolvable problems if you reason that the problem is unsolvable they just tell you to try it then you waste a couple of months they realize that the problem is unsolvable but at least you will not be punished for it nobody cares
