Pros
It’s a great place to work. It’s the typical childcare atmosphere. If you love to work with children and can handle the challenges professionally, then your job is not as stressful as some of these reviews allude to. There has never been abuse and over ratio happens and is fixed. Maybe if poor employees didn’t call every other day and actually came to work it wouldn’t be so stressing on the teachers that actually show up to work. If you keep your nose out of everyone’s business and stay in your lane the drama would be very minimal between teachers. Teachers should never break professional standards when it comes to parents but they do. Staff turnover is high but it is high at all daycares. It’s an industry issue not exclusive to SLC.
