Management has no idea of what exactly goes on, there are no set processes and procedures. There is no direct line of management to escalate disputes. HR has no idea of how to deal with employees fairly and no understanding of anyones job or responsibilities. Security is tight but at least its clear compared to the actual communication of training or anything that relates to training. Also their is no actual training or assistance from management because they have no idea whats goes on or does anyone else. Lost alot of good employees.
