      Benefits, salary credit on time, nice and clean office

      Cons

      No clear boundaries on logging off, work comes at odd hours, appraisal is only based on your boss’s perception of your Jan-Mar performance. The rest of the year doesn’t really count. Subtle gender discrimination (translates to a pay gap as well).

      Salary on time they dont burn all cash

      Cons

      Ego is the key for all people here specially people joined from Star get attention in all meetings since CEO is from Star. CFO is from Pharma but think himself as veteran in Media Industry and insult business people in front of their team this is the reason senior people are leaving company.
