      Heaps of socialising in the office

      Cons

      There doesn't seem to be any real structure or direction in the company, people are using empty boxes and antique consumer monitors for computer equipment. Heaps of socialising in the office but if you are not in Switzerland you might as not exist.

      The stated mission of the company to impact health.

      Cons

      1. Stated mission is varnish: there's no interest to help patients. Only to generate money at all cost 2. Zero ability to impact: Only one person makes decisions - the CEO 3. No independence: Independent thinking and creativity are quickly suppressed 4. Fear driven: Employees are driven by fear 5. Salaries and compensation are abysmal: significantly lower than industry standards 6. No benefits: free coffee. That's it. 7. Very high employee churn: significantly higher than normal 8. Poor employee treatment: when they disagree or are no longer needed, they are thrown out the door 9. IPO lure: just to try and attract the best talent

      Pay is below the industry standard US support from leadership is minimal There is a gulf between what the pharma group advertises and what can actually be offered. Snake oil sales when it comes to their "global network" and the data it produces No real direction Not well-positioned to be successful due to ability to only generate basic data
