      Pros

      Nice rank and file folks. Hourly workforce great!

      Cons

      Leadership views long term employees as without flaw or error. Less than 10 years you are not part of SOR family and are always suspect. Oldies put down newbies ideas and innovation.

      A small to midsize company with a culture that is changing away from being family oriented.

      Pros

      Currently, the company is small and is well structured with good hardworking employees that care about the customers, and each other. Prior to my departure, the company ensured that there was a good work life balance for all its employees.

      Cons

      Over the last year, the company has become more focused on very fast growth imposed by upper management. While growth is good, the focus on growing quickly has resulted in a mentality of "it’s all about the money". Such a mentality has already lead to an increase in stress on the employees, an attitude by the employees of looking out for themselves because the employer no longer is, and higher turnover.
