      - Sports company in a cutting-edge space - There is still potential for the company if it is able to get on track - Amazing initial vision/potential

      - CEO does not hire, manage, or communicate well - Poor leadership throughout the company - Entire NY staff either left, is leaving, or was fired - Lack of morale and long-term direction - Irresponsible spending during good market conditions - Doubtful company is able to get on track
