I’ve been with the company for over a year, and during that time, there were no government mandatory benefits remitted under my name. Compliance only seemed to happen after the issue was reported to DOLE. Employees, especially those assigned to the head office, are strongly advised to regularly check their SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG records. There were also no HMO or other benefits to take advantage of, no salary increases, bonuses, or incentives. I would not recommend applying to this company. From my experience, there was no career growth, the work environment was stagnant, processes were unstructured, and mandatory government benefits were not properly prioritized unless escalated.
