      Pros

      The best thing about Sosh is that everyone's contribution is valued. Everyone wants to work towards a unified vision, and that drives us all forward. It's what keeps us all here through thick and thin.

      Cons

      Feedback is given on a very untimely basis and handed out in a tone-deaf way. Management needs to work on its tone when giving said feedback.

      - Great work/life balance (flexible WFH and vacation policies) - Hard work and dedication is noticed and rewarded - Everyone at the company is incredibly smart, easy to work with, and fun - Founders demonstrate true leadership and care about the employees - Product is very unique and constantly evolving

      Pros

      Extremely fun group of people to work/play with. Lots of great activities and company-sponsored events. When the product works, it works great. Awesome events like Hack Week.

      Cons

      Easy to get caught up in a discussion of last night's escapades instead of working the next day. Open office space exacerbates this problem. Very shaky engineering leadership. Lots of abuse of the unlimited vacation time policy.
