1. You get to work on a lot of challenging stuff. 2. You are often challenged to come out of your comfort zone and try new things. 3. Really exciting things to work on regularly. 4. Fast paced environment which keeps you on your toes. 5. Very nice work environment (Have gaming sessions twice a week with the entire company involved) 6. Well funded and good backing from investors giving an opportunity to try a lot of things and come out with the best version of product. 7. Lot of support from co-founders. Very encouraging. 8. Encourage debate and challenging decision with data and facts. 9. Boundaries of hierarchy are blurred and everyone's voice is heard. 10. Amazing bunch of colleagues - Chilled, helpful and no egos.

Cons

1. People who are not used to a startup environment may find the fast pace a challenge. 2. Not a place for someone who wants a relaxed pace of work (Personally I love it since you learn so much in a short duration!)
