Pros
Really enjoyed the ethos and environment of the company. Day to day job was rewarding and interesting.
Cons
The pay is low because they offer a chance at getting bonus' in years to come, they also offer extra money towards books etc. But if you end up moving jobs you won't benefit and will just have the lower pay than working elsewhere.
