Every confirm staff entitle product claim for quarterly. Other than this, I don’t see any good benefit.
Cons
The goal of the company is totally not achievable base on the current business model because is too conflict. Always spend budget in unnecessary areas. The lady director likes to do her own way, and yet her way is not match the goal have been set. I don’t see any future if still continue in this company.
