      At one time was a great company, and achieved amazing success due to market, energy, and a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.

      Cons

      Today the market is rapidly changing, looking in the rear view mirror at historical success is driving the company into a brick wall.

      Pros

      Working at Soucy is great for people who are innovative and creative and have a lot of drive to bring their idea forward. Great place for young technical people to grow and learn on their own wihtout support. Swim or drown type of approach.

      Cons

      It is very difficult to climb the ladders. Lots of politics and image management is going on. No operation budget within a service, so it is hard to know the limits of what can or can't be done. Upper management level are not working as a team and don't collaborate very much.
