Pros

The only pro was that they didn’t have fluorescent lighting.

Cons

Anyone reading these reviews - do not take them lightly. By no means should anyone ever work here, especially if you’re a woman or a minority in general. You will be talked down to in a way that you didn’t think actually existed in workplaces anymore. You will not be paid aptly unless you’re one of the partners’ pet project managers. You will not get a bonus. You will not get a raise. The PTO is abysmal…they will likely not give this information up in your offer letter either. There’s no HR, no organization, no respect, no growth, no culture, no appreciation. If you’re one of their man pets, they’ll probably let you work remotely. Leadership is awful beyond comprehension - you will feel like you’re going crazy working here. Not to mention, the turnover: at least 5 people were fired, and around 12 smartly left on their own merit during my time here. Myself included. Working here will be the biggest waste of time you can ever experience. There wasn’t one moment where I was proud of the work I was doing. If you have a brain, common sense, self respect in any capacity, morals, or goals - DO NOT WORK HERE. Stay where you are or keep filing that unemployment for a little bit longer. I promise this place is not your saving grace.

Pros

They had some hi profile clients and fun gigs.

Cons

Poor, poor management. Constant confusion. Terrible communication. One specific owner / manager was so over the top it was too much. They think they are the best at what they do but it's all a ruse. Must have been a trust fund seed that got them going because there is no legacy from these guys. Leadership is more worried about how they look, what car they drive and how they are represented than their employees or actual work they produce. They fire people like its nothing. If you stand up to a bad decision they make you will be let go. If you don't follow their ever changing rules, sometimes made up as they go, you will be let go. They yell at and reprimand employees on the spot, aggressively, right in front of clients regularly and without compassion or professional respect. I would highly not recommend working for this company.

Pros

There are some cool interesting people, and you get to handle alot of event tech.

Cons

Pervasive culture of overwork, underpay, and a management team that is just as comfortable misrepresenting or lying as they are breathing. Limited mobility in any direction. Severe lack of support roles. Definitely doesn't value diversity or inclusion.
