Benefits are offered, decent pay, thorough training.

Cons

My manager was not the best. He would pretend to be your best friend and make you feel comfortable then flip a switch and make you feel invaluable. I quit because of him and I never quit any job. I was in the Lynnwood area location at the time. Not sure if he still manages that one or not.

Small, local business. Accessible upper management. Quickly move forward. This company truly cats about its employees.

Cons

Can't really think of any. This company has anyways been very good to me. It's really well rounded.
