Pros

Great people individually. Potential to be a wonderful company with the right leadership. Good product with meaningful, community involvement and humanitarian efforts.

Cons

Each department is territorial and independent with animosity toward each other, constantly blaming the other for the inadequacies of the company as a whole. No company-wide vision or goals.

Good location, pet friendly, employees are great.

Cons

Very dysfunctional culture, no leadership, micro managing style leadership. Lacking values and ethics. No opportunities for growth. All tribal knowledge based, no training in place, very archaic infrastructure. Short sided decision making among leadership. Very "top-down" organization. Strictly sales drive with little regard (if any) towards customers and customer service. Mediocre products at best. Benefits are terrible, company does not pay for any portion of healthcare.

A few great people work here and some want change. Hope their voices will be heard.

Cons

Their needs to be better structure and accountability put in place. This company also needs to have better communication between all departments. There is a very big turn around rate with employees.
