Pros

Lots of random staff events that are mandatory to attend. You'll get a great gift at the annual holiday party, aka the only bonus, you'll ever get.

Cons

SoundExchange has a serious diversity issue. There's only one gatekeeper of color and this trickles down into almost every aspect of the company. Extremely low pay, racist managers, and to top it off the CEO has a major ego issue. Everyone is high strung and everything is pretty much chaotic. There is zero opportunity for growth here. The only ones growing are thoughts at the top.

Sick days were plentiful as a benefit

Cons

Stifled creatively, poor management, micro managers, more security issues than should be permitted. This network is a disaster and the team is junior, incompetent and not security minded.

Salary, although most people are overworked

Terrible management and lack of organization across the company. I would not recommend SX to anyone in my network.
