Pros

The team environment was quite positive, with excellent colleagues who made the workplace enjoyable. Work-life balance policies were also commendable, offering sufficient flexibility to accommodate personal needs and responsibilities.

Cons

Unfortunately, there was a noticeable absence of engagement from senior leadership, particularly during periods of organizational turbulence. Executive leadership failed to provide adequate direction or support when employees most needed guidance through uncertain times. The culture often veered into toxic positivity, where genuine concerns were dismissed with platitudes and mandatory optimism. There seemed to be an institutional belief that external coaching sessions could magically resolve deep-rooted structural issues, rather than addressing fundamental problems through meaningful organizational change.
