      The company is flexible in terms of schedule.

      Cons

      Absolutely ZERO advancement opportunities. Top managers lack of management skills. Annual reviews are not conducted which means no annual raise, no cost of living adjustment...nada. What you start with is where you will stay....forever.

      Glassdoor had the incorrect logo associated with our company until February 5, 2019. There are reviews of us from employees in states we do not serve. What employee would review a company they worked at that doesn't even show the correct logo? The fact that Glassdoor does not vet reviews should deem any review of any company unreliable.

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities to grow and advance. Get to learn all aspects from sales, recruiting, safety procedures, and employment regulations. Have the opportunity to learn about other industries and there is always someone available to help you along if/ when you need it! Family oriented culture who want to see you succeed

      Cons

      As with any employment service agency it can get stressful but as long you do your work and as for help when needed it is worth it!

      Pros

      The recruitment/operation team are extremely friendly and were more help than the sales department themselves. Some of the nicest people I encountered with and were super polite to work with.

      Cons

      Where do I begin. The company lacks clear sales direction and expectations, making it difficult to understand goals or priorities. Training was minimal and did not adequately prepare me for the role. Management presence and guidance were limited, leaving many processes unclear. Coordination between sales and operations teams was inconsistent, which created confusion during client onboarding. Termination processes were abrupt and unprofessional. Overall, the management style and communication make it extremely challenging to succeed in this role.
