Nothing.. there is absolutely nothing good about this company. Joining here is equivalent to spoiling your own career.
Cons
- First of all no planning - All projects are taken at a very low cost and unrealistic deadline(Of-course which will never be met) - They take projects without even thinking that they don't have resources for the project and later hire a candidate without proper interview process and fire them immediately after the project is over. - And the best part is there is no IT team, no technical architect and the management expects us to set the server and also expects the senior resource who's just 3yrs exp to do the DB design and learn a new technology in 2 days and complete the project in 30 days. - The CTO there has no brains whatsoever. He is technically challenged and doesn't want that to be exposed. So he never sits for client calls and doesn't come for any technical discussion and always escapes saying some stupid reasons. - On top of that there is absolutely zero infrastructure. - In my whole 5 yrs of experience I have never worked on a pirated OS in office - No proper salary. - They fire people without giving any notice. - Also if you resign you don't have to serve notice period if not associated to any project. - They say first 6 months all employees are in probation and will never make anyone permanent. - They say they will give the full and final settlement only after 45 days of relieving and I have not received it even after I got relieved 5 months back. - If i send an email or try to contact them there wont be any response. - If by chance i get connected to the finance team they will tell all kinds of lies and never pick the call or respond to the emails. - All bunch of lairs - They have no idea about how to run a company and both the CEO and CTO have no vision. - They never deliver any projects and the clients get cheated by them and they never return the money back to the client. - If anyone thinks of joining this company its as good as ruining your own career
