They have unlimited holidays, the company also organizes a semi-annual event where they bring all employees across the world together called the Merge, It's great to see teammates from across the world.
Cons
Sourcegraph was built by incredible set of engineers, but the founders have wrecked the company in their pursuit of creating a coding agent. Seriously the company is run by some really inexperienced people, it's a clown car with no idea of what their goals are and what they would like to accomplish. The CEO and CTO should be fired ASAP to save the company and their cronies should be let go also. Don't know what is the end game since the company has abandoned code search their flagship product and instead is chasing building a ChatGPT wrapper. Everyone's equity will be close to zero if company continues on the current path.
