Toxic Leadership - BIG NO! this company runs on no integrity, no respect for employees and their mental and physical wellbeing but on the leadership who bring in other fellow dept heads based on their friendship and money. 2. No Professional boundaries - No respect for employees time off. treating people like slaves 3. if you are someone who has a voice of her/his own then bam! there you go. how dare you? well it's all about the typical pet game. politics is the key here! 4. Unsupportive environment. no one supports you no matter what you try and convey and the blame will always be on employees, even if one of the leadership people commits a huge fault in the system. employees are an easy target. 5. what is work life balance? oh come on beer fridays/ Saturdays are enough for that. what is a Sunday? or late Saturday evening? getting disturbed with calls having no personal life.

1. Sometimes, the product changes can feel like a rollercoaster ride. It leads to tasks that might not be as fun for us SDEs. 2. A small hiccup – there are times when we engineers don't get much say in tech decisions. It's like being handed a dish without getting to choose the ingredients. Not the best flavor, if you ask me.
