High school mentality, bullying, if you don't "fit in", they will make you leave. Never suggest anything other than what the ortho docs want, you will be black listed. Never seen so many unnecessary procedures...... Dirty, lowest pay in Rhode Island. Constant cancelling for low census.

forced to reuse expired PPE, no transparency about changes in management/staffing, can see this hospital system going down the drain at the expense of the nursing staff thanks to the new CEO, laughable pay raise
