This place is a joke

Pros

Looks great on a resume, so long as no one researches and peeks behind the curtains.

Cons

Toxic and vile. Lying, cheating, and literal stealing going on, not to mention incessant drug use and upper management's penchant for playing with pocket knives while hovering behind employees sitting at their desks just trying to do their jobs. Super weird.

A Small group so we collaborate often. Everyones ideas and input is valued. No one is overlooked. We function well as a team and are able to produce beautiful things together.

Cons

Can sometimes be high stress, especially near deadlines or events.

Pros

While working at South, I gained quite a bit of experience within the outside sales / publication industry. South Magazine jumpstarted my career in Savannah and provided me opportunities within the community that I thoroughly enjoyed and gained great exposure through.

Cons

There is a lot of responsibility given to the employees within the publication, which isn't necessarily a 'con' but definitely something to prepare yourself for.
