      Health Insurance, and paid time off

      Cons

      Do not know how to treat their employees. they work them too many hours and sometimes do not get a lunch or any breaks. then when something goes wrong they are in a hurry to Fire you.

      Pros

      Next to the beaches, ideal for living at the beaches and having seafood yum yum. Please consider all aspects of this employment program not just this.

      Cons

      Everything poor management and lack of respect from upper management. Staff not willing to support change and lack of dept management to support the staff!!

      Most of the employees get along and work well together. It is a very welcoming environment for new employees.

      Cons

      Too many politics. Inability to recruit and retain great nursing staff. Inability to maintain job satisfaction among long-term employees. Staff feels over worked, under paid, and definitely under appreciated!
